about i-carei-care is passionate about providing exceptional levels of domiciliary care across Cardiff and Swansea.  Our highly flexible and responsive approach to support in the home environment is combined with a trained and committed team to ensure we can provide an outstanding service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

To demonstrate our high standards of care, i-care is regulated and accredited by numerous independent organisations which specialise in the home care sector:

Regulated by the Care & Social Services Inspectorate Wales
i-care is regulated by the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW), which undertakes an annual inspection and produces a report based on their findings.  For a copy of our latest report, please email us.

Accredited by Cardiff Council
i-care is accredited by Cardiff Council, enabling us to provide home care services on their behalf.  To retain our accreditation we will continue to receive ongoing performance reviews from Cardiff Council and will regularly undergo training courses and personal meetings.

Member of Care Forum Wales

i-care is a member of Care Forum Wales, which means we have signed up to the Care Forum Wales Dignity in Care Charter.  We are also fully supportive of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between Care Forum Wales, the Welsh Local Government Association and the Association of Directors of Social Services Wales.  This initiative was launched by the Welsh Assembly Government as part of providing a quality care service.
